YEARS OF OBSERVATION
After the first year, I no longer saw what was happening as a temporary experiment.
The new routine had become part of my life. I continued working and monitoring my condition.
I was no longer interested simply in feeling good. I wanted to know whether the result would remain over time.
I paid attention to my ability to work, my concentration, my energy, and my general well-being.
Gradually, I understood something important: observation and explanation are not the same thing.
You can see a change and still not know its cause.
